At No.12 Chocolatier, we don’t believe in subtle hints. We’ve infused a velvety dark chocolate ganache with a generous measure of 54% Dark Rum, ensuring the warming, spiced notes of the spirit are felt in every bite.

We have layered the textures to create a truffle that is as powerful as it is smooth:
The Spirit: We use a high-proof 54% Dark Rum, chosen for its notes of molasses, oak, and caramelised spice.
The Ganache: A dense, silk-textured dark chocolate center that holds the heat of the rum, allowing the flavours to develop slowly as it melts.
The Finish: Encased in a crisp, tempered dark chocolate shell and hand-decorated with a signature dark chocolate drizzle, providing a final bittersweet snap.

May contain traces of MILK and NUTS.
Shell min. cocoa solid 54.5%. Filling min. cocoa solid 54.5% and 33.6%.
